Planners: Register now and book your room reservation at any of the participating hotels in the PCMA room block and receive a 10% discount per night from the published group rate through December 10. A non-refundable first nights’ room and tax deposit is required. Thank you to the Dallas Hotel Community and the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau for their support of this offer! Regular reservations ONLY require a credit card number guarantee. Early bird 10% discount for professionals only requires a non-refundable first nights’ room and tax deposit.

- This offer is open to Professional member, Associate Professional member, Supplier Partner member and Associate Supplier Partner member (the first 4 listed on the registration form).
- Discount of $50 is available for the 2nd through 6th registrant and a $100 discount is available for the 7th and any additional registrants above this number.
- After first registrant completes the registration, a registration code will be provided via their registration confirmation to provide to their co-workers within the same organization physical business address.
- Organization and physical business address will be set by to the contact information on the PCMA member profile of the first registrant.
- Registration forms do not need to be submitted at the same time, however, the discount will be applied to the prevailing rate based on the date received.
